Crispy tortilla chips simmered in rich house made poblano salsa (ranchero style), topped with goat cheese fonduta, sharp cheddar. Finished with queso fresco, fresh pickled Fresno peppers, pickled red onions and savory andouille sausage.
B&G Chicken Sliders
